Add First post element and blog post to homepage

Hi guys,
I want to add a custom first post template and blog post template elements to my homepage like this design.
How could I do with element?

the Block Element content templates only work with a Blog or Archive page, they can't be applied to a static page.

To display posts on a static page would require a plugin like WP Show Posts, but then you would require custom development to design that kind of layout.
