Add Custom menu in a page or in a hook element

Hi all
I need to insert a custom menu in a set of pages
Page example - https://sviluppo.socialmela.it/sviluppo/investigazioni-aziendali/infedelta-soci-e-dipendenti/
Now the right menu is manually created, but i would be able to transform it in a really wordpress menu.
How can I do this without installing a plugin?
Is there another possibility?

do you mean the one in your sidebar ?
If so you can create your Menu - and then add a Navigation Menu Widget to your sidebar.

I cant' do what do you suggest becouse I'm using the right sidebar in the blog pages...
I need to build another custom sidebar and put here my custom menu

You can use a plugin like this:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/content-aware-sidebars/
Then you can simply create a separate sidebar widget area for each of your needs.
