[Resolved] add code Elementor template in "Page/Section

Hello,

I’ve created complex sections with Elementor Builder and saved them into my template library.

I’m now discovering when creating a new page on the right “Use section” (GeneratePress option).

So I made a test and created 3 different ones in a new page.

I was wondering if it’s possible to paste into section (GeneratePress) created in the page a code like this section (Elementor Pro) as an example : [elementor-template id=”347″]

I tried to paste this code in “Visual”, where you can add text or whatever but the template is not appearing as required.

Hi there,

Generally sections don’t work with page builders as Sections is a simplified page builder itself.

You can definitely create section like layout using Elementor and it would likely workout better.

If container width is your concern then there is the page builder container meta box you can use: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/page-builder-container/

Thanks a lot for your answer but it would be a real useful to paste in “GP section edit text” some elementor template code.

Just as an option to organize sections in pages, quickly.

Nevertheless, I continued to work with “Elementor Sections”.
