Add category to menu

Ok, I have done this before, but for the life of me cannot figure out how to add a category to my main menu. Should be easy...I go to appearance....menus...add menu items...categories and that is where I stop. All it shows is "uncategorized", does not show any other categories that I can add. What am I missing?
This is a woocommerce site if that makes any difference. Using latest GP premium theme.
Hi there,
in Appearance > Menus - click Screen Options and then enable Product Categories.
Then you'll be provided the correct category list to choose from.
