[Resolved] Add Blog Page to Primary Menu

Hello,

My WordPress website, is set to show my latest post.
But while navigating in the website, the only way to go back the the posts page is via a click on my main Header Photo or to re-enter the websit.

Is there any way, to add the Blog page to Primary Menu? (just for example the Nirvana WP theme, has a built Home icon which lead to that Blog page)?
