Add all posts on one page

How do you add multiple posts on one page? I want to be able to add a post but a copy will load on my blog page.

Not exactly, Sorry for the misunderstanding. Below I gave an example of what I'm trying to do with my blog page.

Hi Terrence,
in the WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Reading you can assign a Page to your Blog. This page will display your blog automatically. You can still assign a Page Header to this page via the Page Header > Global Locations > Posts Page (Blog).
You won't however be able to edit the content on that page. If you wanted to do that then instead of doing the above you can use Leo's suggestion and use WP Show Posts which adds the Blog list to any page as a shortcode.
