[Resolved] Add a "statement" on every page of a website

Hi guys
I was trying to figure out on doing something similar to what thewirecutter.com is doing:

Adding a “message” that is on the top of every page of a website, like writing the “user value proposition” as they do.

Tried searching online and here, but as I’m not 100% sure on what to search…still didn’t find a solution ^_^”

Do you think it’s possible in GP Premium?
