Add a preloader animation for a specific page

Hi,
Is there some kind of CSS code to add an animation for a specific page.
I have a sales report page on my website and it loads very slowly due to large amount of data. So I want to add a preloader animation on that page, so that users can know the page is loading
I have the animation, just need a css code or something to put it in place.

Hi Dikson,
Something like this doesn't just include CSS. You'll also need Javascript to determine if whatever's needed to be loaded has indeed been loaded.
