[Resolved] Add a paragraph under the menu that is globally available

Hi there,
I was wondering if it was possible to add a line of a paragraph that is globally available on all my pages.

From the source code, I can see that it is directly under the menu.

I tried to do it with widgets unsuccessfully. How should I go about this?
