Adapting template location page to match which location it is at the front end

Hello
How do I alter the location template https://ethicalescapes.org/destinations so that it changes the title (essential) and also image (desirable) when specific locations are searched for e.g. https://ethicalescapes.org/destinations/india/
Is it straightforward to do?
I've started by adding an image and title block but can't work out how to make this change for different countries!

I believe a block element page hero with the use of featured image and dynamic data would be what you need.
