May I know what device you use to browser it? The horizontal one (300×60) should be on top of the the 300×250 one in mobile.

Thanks for taking effort for this issue. I believe its more of my advertisers’ ad issue than your theme. I found google ad is showing alright. I use other ad netowrk’s ad.
