Activating license

Hi,

I'm looking for help with premium activation, thanks.

I have a clean empty site, no plugins otehr than gppremium, generate press theme installed. Generatepress premium plugin downloaded today from https://generatepress.com/account/ and license key copied and pasted, no white space.

The button just spins.. Tried reloading and waiting 30 mins.

What should I try next?

This will be 4th activation/500..

Hi Leo,

Thanks. They told me I could add it to htaccess file in root, which I did and it works now. As this is the first thing I've tried at new host, I hope this isn't a regular issue..
