activating GP premium license won't work

Hey there,
I wanted to update to the latest GP premium version today, but under Appearence-> GP Premium, WP keeps showing me the red cross after entering my license code. I can't update the theme, because it doesn't accept my license code. I copied it from the mail I got, and also tried copying it from my GP-account. Non of this worked. Even in my account I can see that the license I bought hasn't been activated. But I'm using it already. Don't know what went wrong there. Can anyone please help me? Thanks a lot!!

Can you try manually updating it first then add in the licence key again to see if it works?
