Hi I have a form from formidable inside a container which is shown through a modal window.
WHen I open the modal window the form doesn’t work properly.
After trying many plugins of modal containers and talking with formidable, I have discoveded that the problem occurs when I activate the elements option of the plugin GP-Premium.
    How can I solve it?
To replicate the problem you just have to access to the url I provide and open the menu through the button.
You Will check that when you select an option from the sections with image selection nothing happens, but they should be highlighted with a blue border.
How can I solve it? THe form and the modal window works perfectly without elements options activated, but that, obviusly crashes the design of the whole web.

    Hi Xavier,

It may be conflicting with the Elements script.

Can you try reaching out to the support of this plugin if there’s anything that can be done from their end to prevent this?

Perhaps you could also try disabling other plugins to make sure it isn’t caused by an optimization plugin as well. If you have a caching/optimization plugin merging the code of the Elements module and your Form, it may cause the issue.

Hi Fernando, I amb 100% sure that the problem is caused by GP-Premium plugin. I disabled all the plugins one by one until detect the incompability with GP-Premium.

Then I disabled all the options until detect the problem was caused by activating the GeneratePress Elements in GP-Premium.

Is the any way to activate o deactivate scripts from this plugin in a certain page to detect which one is creating the troubleshooting?

Can you try disabling all elements? Does the issue go away?

If so, enable the elements one at a time, check which element is causing the issue.

It seems that it is the footer. How can I proceed to fix it. I need the footer in the website.

Can you provide an admin login so we can take a look at the footer element?
