[Resolved] ACF in a container background image

Hello

I’m trying to set up ACF background images on containers with generateblocks.

I’ve set the ACF image to accommodation_image but when I view on the page it’s just a blank white box

Hi there,

select the container you added the ACF background image to, and in the sidebar Background add a static Background Image, this will provide something for GP to swap for your ACF image.

In your ACF field can you make sure the Return Format is: Image ID

Changed it to Image ID and still nothing, are you able to login, and see what I’m doing wrong?

Ah – its because its an ACF group – what happens if you just create a plain field – not grouped ?

This is working now David – I had to re-choose the image once I had moved it from not grouped.
