[Resolved] account questions

Hi there,

I have a few questions about my account here on generatepress.com

When I click on account, I only get the info about my downloads and purchase history.

1. Where can I see my tickets in the forum?
2. Where can I change my avatar?
3. Where can I see which sites I have licensed?

1. You can click on “Forum Profile” at https://generatepress.com/forums.
2. The Forum avatar is linked to Gravatar. You can change it there: https://en.gravatar.com/
3. Go https://generatepress.com/account/, then, click on “View Licences” > “Manage Sites”.

I come back to this quesion again cause I have changed my avatar here (10 days ago): https://en.gravatar.com/ but it is not displayed here. Do I have to adjust something in my profile here so that it works?

Hi there,

can you make sure the Email address on your profile matches that of your Gravatar and then click Save Changes.

yes, I know, the email addresses must match. But that is already the case.
I have no idea, why it’s not working…

I think the Save Changes was required to give the system a kick 🙂
