Above Header Block Element Align Right

So I have created a a Block Element and hooked it into above header. Used a Container to house GB Buttons and selected icons to display social media buttons. How do I align this block to the right above the header? Even tried adding them inside a Grid of 100% and used the Horizontal Alignment to Force them right. No dice. Any ideas?
