Hello, I created a woocommerce website using GP theme and Divi builder, but there is a problem as follows:
Some category pages in the store only show one column, others are normal 3 or 4 columns. What is the reason for this? The number of product columns that have been customized is set to 4 columns.
Normal page: /product-category/sprockets/
Problematic page: /product-category/chain/

Hi there,

Any chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first?

Let me know :)

I closed Divi Builder and this problem was solved. What can I do to make GP and Divi Builder work together?

I also reflected this issue to Divi just now. Please help me, thanks.

Hi there,

So on the sprockets (correct) archive the HTML for the comments is 100% GP.
On the Chains (broken) archive - DIVI has inserted its own container within the columns HTML which is breaking the layout.

I am not a Divi user - so not sure how it works but was the Chains archive edited at all using Divi ?

I see.
But I did not use divi to edit any of the woocommerce category pages.

I solved this problem by other methods.

Odd i cannot explain why Divi would be adding its code.
Glad to hear you found a solution.
