Hi there,

It's a text widget with this as the content:

<p>
    Image
</p>
<p>Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit.</p>
<p><a class="button" href="#">Learn more</a></p>

You can add the image using the Add Media button in the text widget.
