1. how do i set up comment box for my blog post? “i mean the leave a comment box”.

2. the articles on my homepage do not show author name as well as tag. how do i set up this.

For the comment:
1. Go to post editor, check if you unchecked the Allow comment box: https://www.screencast.com/t/xxeLxiEA

2. Go to settings > discussion, there’re also some settings for comment.

For the post meta question,

1. Single post page: go to customizer > layout > blog > content > single, you can activate post meta from there.
