About: secondary menu and smooth-scroll

Hello, hoping you are well, I have two things happening on the same web site I will try to split it up hoping you can understand me.
Secondary menu:
I am trying to place a secondary menu in my header but it is not showing, I leave you screenshot to explain me better.

smooth-scroll:
I am trying to make the scroll smooth I follow the instructions (at least I think it is ok) but, the scroll is super jerky or rough.

Hi Patricia,
You have this layout element which disables the secondary navigation, just uncheck the secondary navigation from it.

Your smooth scroll set up is correct, and it does scroll smooth on my side, check this video:
