I have done some header element settings, but now I am having a wears space between my header and the next content all over my website(check my website). And I am not able to edit my homepage to use the blocks on it.
    Kindly assist.
    Thanks

    Hi there,

create an empty page called home, and an empty page for your blog.

Go to Dashboard > Settings > Reading – here you can set your new Home page and Blog page for latest posts.

Now my website will have a front page and a home page?

    Not sure if I understand.

A Front page and a home page are the same things?

Maybe an article like this would help?

My problem is that within my pages, I do not have home page listed. Now I am having difficulty editing my home page with generate blocks.
Now when I create an empty homepage as David suggested, I can pick it as a static page but it is still empty, the content on my front page is still there, I am ending up with 2 pages which suppose to do the same work. A front-page and an empty page call home page

Your front page is currently the posts page – it is set in the Readings setting as David mentioned:
    https://wordpress.org/support/article/settings-reading-screen/

That page is not created by you and it’s not editable.

If you want to create a custom front page that doesn’t display your post, you would need to create a new page and assign it to the front page in Reading’s setting screen.

This is a WordPress option and not handled by the theme itself. This article explains it in details quite well so please have a read:
