Hi,
How could I add featured image to page header for single post like this: http://prntscr.com/jd2jla, also custom its height & width plus remove spacing between these part page header and content area & sidebar, comment area

1. For the Featured image inside the header, it means similar to this > http://prntscr.com/jdbim2 I tried used the custom field about thumb of featured image in your document but the size is small and can't control

1. You can use this template tag in your Page Header content:
{{custom_field._thumbnail_id}}

2. You can set the container to "One Container" in Customize > Layout > Container, or reduce the Separating Space option.

1. I did tried {{custom_field._thumbnail_id}} before but the image turn out small, is there anything can do to control the size of the image?

It should just use your full featured image size. Can you link me to the page with it added?
