[Resolved] About meta, add time and translation

Hi,

When I’m on a single post, I actually have

TITLE
Date From Author

I’ve two questions.
First the “from” word in my native language is understandable but not correct. I don’t know if this translation come from my GP theme or WP and how can I change it.
Then, I need to add time near the date and I didnt saw any setting into customize section. I guess I’ve to make a handjob.

Could someone help me or give me some advise about thoses point ?
