A title is added on the blog featured image issue

Hi!

In my main page on my blog, something wired is happening on chrome browser (safari seem to work great)
Above and below the post featured image there is an added line, like an added html?
(my blog is in hebrew, but you can see how there's an added line with <itemprop image>
What is this?
What should I do?

I'm not seeing anything out of the ordinary.

Do you have some sort of accessibility feature turned on in your browser that would display the image title/alt tag maybe?
No I don't think so, also, it's not the Alt or caption, it's just the post title appearing again.
Ok ill try to see if this happens to anyone else.

Let me know if it's happening to anyone else - very strange that we're seeing different things.
I'm not seeing the title/caption Ela is seeing either. Very strange!
