A Strange Gap Between The Header And Post Title

Hi folks,
On my site, there's a strange gap between the primary navigation and the title of the post.
Do you know what might be causing this? Thanks for your help!

Can you go to Appearance > Customize > Layout > Container, and set the top padding to 0?
