a sidebar by post

Hi there,
I would like:
- A generic sidebar for 80% of my posts
- and a personalized sidebar for each of the other 20% of posts
Eg.
- Generic post = generic sidebar
- post about topic A = sidebar with a form for A
- post about topic B = sidebar with a form for B
- etc
Do you have any idea how to do that?
