A header element page

Hi there
I 've built a header element page with a certain post category to have a page like that: https://expertvagabond.com/travel-tips/travel-safety
but I can't see that new page in my site, and don't know if I can put columns inside it.

Hi there,
in your Header Element > Display Rules - select Post Category Archive and then select the Category you want it to be displayed on.
