A community forum for Generatepress

Good morning guys,

Not really a support question, rather a suggestion.

I really miss having a Generatepress forum for the community. Where we can share insights, tips, code and help each other out.

There is a Facebook group, but it's not really efficient like a forum is. Threads disappear on Facebook and it's hard to search. It's more like a quick chat.

I have seen a couple of threads on Facebook where people share interesting knowledge and code for Generatepress. But since that platform doesn't fit that purpose very well, I think people avoid it.

Although, I checked the Reddit sub and it's completely dead. Maybe us older heads doesn't use Reddit that much.

I really think a community forum would benefit GP. Has this been tried before, or is it in the pipeline?

Thanks in advance.

Anton

In addition: I would happily help out providing content and moderating it, if needed.

I think it would be interesting to test just one community forum section. All threads in one place. Just to see how active it is.

I would love to see threads like:

- Code sharing for GP
- Share your site(s)
- How to speed up GP even more (case study)
- List of magazine-type sites using GP

Hi there,

How would it differ from this forum? Would it cater to free users as well?

Interesting idea - definitely worth exploring.

Thanks!
