1. You’ll need a plugin that’s capable of AJAX search. I found an article of a list of plugins you can potentially try: https://optinmonster.com/best-live-search-wordpress-plugins/
2. You can try a plugin like MC4WP for Mailchimp. Reference: https://wordpress.org/plugins/mailchimp-for-wp/
