504 Gateway Timeout

Hi, im having a problem here. Im trying to import one of the themes in the site library, but im getting this error message 504 Gateway Timeout. I added
define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
To my Wp_config.php as mentioned in other articles
I am unable to find my Debug.log in Wp-content either.
