504 Gateway Timeout. Cannot find server config file.

Hi, I just purchased the GP premium them and was wanting to import a site library. I'm getting a 504 error message and as per the suggestions on GP site, I am supposed to add this (fastcgi_buffers 16 16k; fastcgi_buffer_size 32k;) to my network config file.
Problem is, I tried this by going to file manager on Siteground but adding these two lines to the wp-config.php file didn't solve the problem. Can you please advise me since I am not much of a programmer.

Strange - Siteground shouldn't have any issues with the Site Library.
Any chance you can check with their support? They might be able to make those server adjustments on the server-level instead of via wp-config.php.
