503 error when importing Dispatch template

Hi,

I can't add the Dispatch template because it gives a 503 error when importing.

I don't have any plugins activated apart from the GP Premium plugin.

Any solution?

Hi there,

can you make sure you have no Caches or CDN enabled on your server. Then retry the import.

Muy server doesn't have caches.

I'm trying importing the Dispatch template but it keeps giving the 503 error

Can you check the server error_logs as it may provide more information on what the issue is.
