502 error when trying to edit home page

When I try to go into my home page, I'm getting an error message "Error 502 - Bad Gateway". What does this mean?

Google suggested that:
The 502 Bad Gateway error is an HTTP status code that means that one server on the internet received an invalid response from another server.
Sounds like a server error. Might want to check with your hosting if it continues.
Yes, I would report that to your hosting - they should be able to see the issue.
