500 error importing demo content for Dispatch. Contacted Bluehost. No success.

Hi,
I have a blog with content and would like to import the Dispatch demo theme. I am trying to import it onto my staging site to make sure everything is okay before deploying to live site. However, I get a 500 error when importing. I've followed GP's help instructions for 500 errors and have gotten them to update the settings. I have attached my interaction with them in the private information area.
Any help would be great, thanks.

can you make sure there are no Plugin or Server Caches in place, and no CDN's or other optimiazers such as Redis enabled. As these will cause issues with importing.
Hi David, I disabled all plugins except Generate Press while importing. This happened previously and when I disabled Bluehost it worked, however this time it is not working.
Is there any server side caching ?
Hey David, they are escalating the issue on their end. Please note that I tried testing another theme and I was able to import Demo content from "Article" on staging. Perhaps this is because Article does not require any additional plugins. Does this help in troubleshooting on your end? i.e. Dispatch doesn't work but Article does work
Dispatch is a larger site - in terms of plugins, content and overall file size. But it shouldn't really make a difference.
But we have made some improvements to the site library in GPP 2.0 that may or may not help.

Thank you for helping troubleshoot with me. Bluehost was able to fix the issue and this may be useful for future cases re Dispatch. It looks like it was the PHP version out of date on my WordPress:
"I checked your account and tried replicating the issue by accessing the Staging website dashboard and I was able to replicate the error while importing the demo contents of Dispatch theme. I investigated further and found that the PHP version was not set for the website so I have set it to 7.2 and then create php.ini file with PHP values like memory limit, max_execution_time and so on. Then again I tried importing the demo content of the Dispatch and I was successfully able to import the contents"
