404 Soft Bounce

Hello -
I started a site approximately a week ago. It's brand new, no published content. I am attempting to get the site indexed via google search console, but am receiving the following error.
I have no 404 or empty pages that I know of.
Any help would be highly appreciated.

probably the lack of content and what there is - shouts 'Nothing Found' is why Google flagged it as such - maybe this topic helps:
