404 page shows wrong title

The heading should say "404" or something, but it instead displays the last post's title.
Also, in mobile menu, how do I keep logo and the hamburger icon in the same line? Is there a setting for that?

Hi there,
go to Appearance > Elements and edit the Page Header, under Display Rules > Exclusions add 404 page.
Then you will need to create another version of that Page Header, add the text you want for your 404 page in place of the Title. And set its Display Rules to 404 page.
