404 Error on Author Link

Guys,
I’ve had a quick search but can’t find anything. I did find something on adding the Starbox plugin.
I’m using the Bold demo.
If I go to one of my blog posts eg:
https://rifeagency.co.uk/15-ways-to-make-your-website-your-best-salesperson-ever/
Under About Richard Nolan, there’s a link ‘Read more of my posts’.
If I click this I get a 404 error (https://rifeagency.co.uk/author/).
Is this resolvable, or do I need a plugin – if a plugin what would you recommend?

And if I go to the right sidebar widget I get this:
The "search" block was affected by errors and may not function properly. Check the developer tools for more details.

Starbox didn't help, but I've gone in and edited the 'Single Post Sidebar' element and deleted the link.
Anything better I could do?

This has stopped the 404.
