This only started happening over the weekend. The site has been running for almost a year without a problem.
I have tried this solution and it doesn't work.

These are the plugins that are running:
BackupWordPress
Enhanced Media Library PRO
GP Premium
Login Logo
Widget Content Blocks
Wordfence Security
WP Visitor Statistics (Real Time Traffic)
Any idea what is causing this?
Thanks
Charles
Hi there,
Any chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first?
If that doesn't help then I'd recommend checking with your hosting support.
Let me know :)
Thanks Leo. I did that (disable all plugins except GP Premium) and it made no difference, so I contacted the hosting company and they put the site onto plain links and it works. So my guess is that one of the named permalinks is corrupted and affecting all of them. Or somebody used an illegal character in a recent named link. Is that possible?
I'm not sure unfortunately.
The permalink structure is entirely handled by WP core:

You can try checking with WP's support team to see if they have an idea.
