My site used premium add-ons.
When loading the site, I get this 404 error
“NetworkError: 404 Not Found – http://www.wookeyfarm.com/wp-content/themes/generatepress/js/navigation.js?ver=1.3.15”
I’ve checked and navigation.js does not exist in the latest generatepress theme.

Hmm, it should: https://themes.svn.wordpress.org/generatepress/1.3.15/js/
It’s possible that your update didn’t complete somehow. Try re-installing and see if that fixes it.
Just talked to a WordPress.org admin – looks like one of the servers serving the updates had a bad day and wasn’t pushing out all of the files.
Apparently this should be fixed now – try re-installing GeneratePress.
