Are there any other IPs we can check? Some hosting companies have different outgoing IPs/gateway IPs. Your hosting support should be able to provide all relevant IPs that we can check.

For the shoutlistendiscuss.com server, its Apache or web service is using
the IP addresses in the 173.236.168.0/21 range, while the site is
accepting incoming connections using the IP address 173.236.171.198. I
would recommend having GeneratePress try to check or unblock the IP
addresses included in the range from their end if any of them are
blocked.

Hi Matt,

I'll bring this up with our hosting support.

In the meantime, you're free to develop as normal. Activating your license key only gives you access to future updates inside the Dashboard. Not having an active license key doesn't prevent you from using the features at all.

Yes, you can still use premium (including the Site Library) without activating your license key.

I'm not able to load that last thing - it's likely only for you when you're logged in.

Our hosting has checked the IP ranges and the latest IP - no blocks on any of those. There must be another outgoing IP (maybe a gateway IP) that we can check?

As I mentioned before, you're 100% free to use the Site Library without completing this step, so don't let it get in your way :)

Still having the 403 forbidden problems.

the only other IP address that is linked to this site
through DreamHost that could possibly be unblocked would be for your
MySQL hostname. That IP is 208.97.163.231.

A full list of other IP
addresses linked to the site can be found on this page in the panel if
you want to share all of them with GeneratePass.

this was DreamHost's problem, they believe it's on your end.
