403 Forbidden Error in GP hooks

I am getting a 403 Forbidden Error only when saving in GO Hooks. This is on my staging site. Up until today all was working fine, all I did was change a text title. Other than trying to save the update in GP Hooks the rest of the site is working well.
Any advice is golden, thanks in advance.

It sounds like some sort of server issue - it may be worth checking with your hosting company?
