403 Error when adding license key

Hello,

I'm attempting to activate the license key on my website hosted by Veerotech and am receiving the following error message:

403 Forbidden. Your server is not able to communicate with generatepress.com in order to activate your license key.

Can you let me know if it's issue on your end? I've asked Veerotech to look into it on their end too.

I have confirmed with Veerotech that your IP address is not banned and they have directed me to check the issue with you.

Hi there,

That IP was banned by our server for repeated login attempts.

It's been unblocked now.
