400 Error on Site Library Install

I really want to persist with Generatepress as I love the theme but I am at my wits end with this 400 error I have been getting all week as I try to install Marketer. I have had wordpress reinstalled by support multiple times still to no avail, so even on a brand new out of the box wordpress site I get this error. Please help me as I do want to build my site on this platform but I am running out of patience. Thank you.

We have been trying to install and use Generate Press premium on our dev environment for a news website. Since its a news website, the size of the website is big.
We are seeing a bug while importing the template from the gallery.
We don't understand why the 400 error occurs since the admin-ajax is not blocked.
The action 'generate_import_site_options_split' returns a 400 error code(see attached image).
