400 - Bad Request

Hello, since earlier today, anytime I try to login to wordpress, make any changes to exsiting posts, or settings, I get the following error:
400 - Bad Request. Your browser sent a request this server could not understand.
Tried a backup restore, to yesterday, when things were working properly, with no luck. Also contacted my hosting provider who suggested it might be an issue with the AJAX caused by the theme.
Any assistance is graetly appreciated.
