4 and 5 Footer Widget - not displaying

A quick Question

Footer Widgets.

I have three footer widgets on my website, and when I selected the 4th and 5th they do not show available in the "customize" option.

How do I activate them to be able to have a 4th widget on the footer?

This is the message I see when I go into the customizing. Please note that I see the widgets available via the appearance, widgets, but even if I try to customize them here, they do not become active on the site.

Your theme has 5 other widget areas, but this particular page doesn’t display them.

You can navigate to other pages on your site while using the Customizer to view and edit the widgets displayed on those pages.
