301 Redirect code

Hello.
I found that I need to set the 301 redirect code on my page.
Http and Https are both working now.
So, I need to redirect http page to https page.
There are many ways to make this such as using plug-in.
I wonder if this can be done by adding elements?
I just added the redirect code to .htaccess

Code like that should not be added with elements.
