2nd level Sub menu not working

Hi All,
I just went to a clients website to do some content maintenance for them and noticed the 2nd level sub menu is not working.
The installed and active plugins are all ones that I use on a lot of my sites.
Before I got through the process of deactivating plugins to see if that is an issue, I thought I'd ask here to see if anyone has any ideas?
All plugins/themes (including GP and GPP are up to date...)

Can you actually go through the deactivating plugin process? Might help us locate the issue better.

Hi Leo,
I started deactivating plugins to see if any made a change to this, but none did.
So I investigated the menu structure more closely and discovered I had a class of mega-menu in the top level menu items that had sub menu's - I think this was left over from a previous theme before Generate Press and some change has obviously affected this - so once I took the class out all came good...
