2 Sticky Settings?

Hello, All -
I am playing with the latest Beta (1.6-beta.2) and was confused to find 2 separate sticky settings!
The first is on the Layout > Header panel.
The second is on the Layout > Sticky Navigation panel.
Do both settings perform the same function - or did I miss something?!

Hi there,
One is for sticky mobile header, the other one is for sticky navigation.
