2 Homepage Only Mobile Issues: Footer Copyright Link and Mobile Logo

Hello,
My site has two issues only on mobile devices and only on the homepage:
1) mobile logo on the homepage is too wide and is forcing the menu icon to float below instead of right.
2) footer copyright text goes back to default Built with GeneratePress on the mobile homepage. I changed that copyright text and it works fine on desktop homepage and the rest of the site both mobile and desktop.
Please advise how to fix this. I feel like two issues might be somehow related.

Let's handle one issue at a time.
1) mobile logo on the homepage is too wide and is forcing the menu icon to float below instead of right.
That's not the issue here - it would happen on every page if that's the case.
The issue here is that the home page is not using the mobile header option while the rest of the pages are:

Are you using any custom functions to make this happen? There isn't an option in GP to set the option differently on each page.
